Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange for another item of equal value, as per your preference.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Refundable Items: Items that are not int their original condition or are used are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items: If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
